Day 5{Busan} - Get lost in the busy streets.
Because of didn’t have the time to exchange money yesterday
night, I purposely wake up earlier in order to go myeong-dong to exchange my
money, no one wants Malaysian ringgit so prepare us dollar! No, I actually use
my Singapore dollar that I left after 2013 visited Singapore. Daebak! Singapore
is just a small piece of country but it is recognized worldwide. Sad for Malaysia.
Luckily I bring along my Singapore dollar or else I think I cannot sustain
myself in the next several day. Well, feeling like to buy sth at myeong-dong
but still early and many shop is still close. Therefore I went back to hostel
and pack my stuff, eat the Korean cup noodle and cereal for the last time.
After that, I went to the seoul station by taxi, is really not that expensive
as I thought. At some times, after I carry the huge luggage down the stairs,
only then I realize there is an elevator or escalator! Haha, was feeling like
why the facilities in korea is all inhumane!!! But I was wrong! Whatever, is
too early to be here at the KTX station so I start to eat up my snacks and
throw them out. Because they make my hand luggage look huge!
Finally the train is coming and the aisle is so narrow and
the seat is not as comfortable as what I experience in Taiwan! And it cost me
quite a lot! Whatever, I still manage to put the luggage at my leg space but it
was uncomfortable for me to sit for 3 hours. Inhumane! No place for people with
huge luggage T.T well after I reach to the busan station and the moment I need
a taxi, I really feel that Korean in seoul is really better and helpful! I felt
hopeless in busan at first! But then the taxi driver impressed me! He dunno the
way to the guest house but he still manage to get me thr after all the way
asking people on the streets! Well I think communication problem hinder me from
express my gratitude.
Another problem! The receptionist is a guy who is quite good
looking but with cold attitude, I don’t feel welcome here and also the system
of the guesthouse is too commercial! I still love the BOOT at seoul because the
boss and staff are both helpful and friendly! And the facilities and room here
is also incompatible.
After settle down myself, I start to explore Busan. But I
go a big round instead of the short cut from my guesthouse to the busan tower~
omg~~~ I only realize that the escalator right beside my guesthouse can bring
me directly to the busan tower and
yongdusan park. But is okay, because the sky of the day was so so so beautiful!
And I’m a sky lover. This turn my mood right. I met some Malaysian friends in
the elevator of busan tower! Recognize them by the Malaysian typical slang of
Chinese. They are from Selangor , one from PJ and two from KLANG. But I never
ask for their name and any detail, just simply chit chat with them because I don’t
think they will invite me to join them for the next day journey. And I don’t
think they are interested in making friends with me. I can feel it. Well, came down from the busan tower, I back
to be a lone ranger. Nevermind I still enjoy to be alone sometimes.
Walk around gwangbob-dong and BIFF and I dunno where,
because I am actually lost! The sky is getting dark and I’m walking on the busy
streets and finally buy a lot of cloths. The Korean that I use the most is
Igoelmaeyo- how much is this and kamsahamida- thankyou. LOL!!!! Well, I’m
really lost, I walk to some streets full of thouse AV girls poster and many bar
or pub with really less of people! I was really scare that I cant find my way
out! And then I also went to a market place selling fish, octopus, and fruits,
which doesn’t seem like tourist place. Finally, I’m back to a place is full of
foreigner , BIFF!!! I know im at BIFF because of the hand prints on the floor! And
I met some Malaysian accidentally, and they are my coursemate’s relative! What
a small world. Well, although they have taken a picture with me, but I still didn’t
ask for their name! this is my style?! WTH.
So lastly, I get back to the street where my guesthouse is
located after getting lost for several times! But for me, 9.00pm the night is
still young! However, you can notice that many shops are closed or prepare to
close! I simply go to a shop just to sit down and relax myself but this mango
smoothie is really sucks! I miss the mangoes at my home! Well, I’m still the
first one who back to the guesthouse and rest! Wonder where can they go until
so late! So, Goodnight for tonight, and I’m so excited for tomorrow GamCheon
